Bright single and double rooms, furnished in a country style and designed for comfort and relaxation. Each room features a private bathroom, while double rooms also offer a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms are located on the first floor, above the reception area and close to the main farm facilities.

Room amenities include: air conditioning and heating, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Guest benefits: a welcome drink on arrival, a small farm experience (such as a carriage ride or a first riding experience), access to the swimming pool, free use of the bicycles available on the estate, a 5% discount at our restaurants and at Il Buteghin, and a farewell gift at departure.

Room types and layout:

• Rooms 1 to 4 are single rooms, each furnished with a medium-size bed (120 cm), ideal for solo travellers seeking comfort and quiet.

• Room 5 consists of two communicating rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and can accommodate up to five guests. The layout includes one double room with twin beds and a triple room with a double bed (which can be separated if needed) plus a single bed—perfect for families or small groups.

• Rooms 6 to 9 are double rooms with a double bed that can be separated into twin beds upon request, offering flexible accommodation for couples or friends travelling together.
