It rises where there was the historic Vivaro dairy. The building has been completely renovated and adapted to accommodate 10 large rooms, equipped with every comfort, elegant and bright, in pure country style, with private bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. The apartments also include a kitchenette and a living / dining area.
The farmhouse with 3 super daisies, the welcoming restaurant and the large spaces of the farmhouse with organic products and agri wellness area, make Lataria dei Magredi ideal for a short stay and for a holiday dedicated to "living well".
The accommodations are divided into:
1 double room for single use (as needed, standard double)
7 Family Comfort rooms (triple or quadruple)
2 apartments with kitchenette and living room that can accommodate up to 5 and 6 people respectively
Room facilities: air conditioning, heating, wardrobe / closet, private bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, flat screen TV and free wi-fi.
